The number of sneezes, coughs and runny noses I have seen has increased in the last 3 weeks. It seems that many people are getting the colds or the flu as the rainy season has begun. What many may not realize is that getting sick is easier when your immune system is down.

- Get your spine adjusted-Since the nerves pass through the spine, many have found that by having a strong and functioning nervous system can keep your body’s defense system working optimally
