My Thanks at Thanksgiving

First of all, I want to apologize for not writing much this past week. I was away on a much needed vacation in beautiful Cancun, Mexico. As thanksgiving rolled around, my hubby and I sat around on the beach thinking of all the things we are thankful for (not to mention the splendid vacation we were on). I thought I’d share a few of mine with all of you.
I have gratitude for a long list of items but the ones that I am most grateful for have nothing to do with anything material. I must start by being thankful for all the love I have in my life. Love from my husband who truly is my soul mate, love from my family who play a great role in who I am today and all I have accomplished. I am thankful for the love from my dear friends who bring me so much joy. I am thankful for the love from my patients who appreciate my passion for my work as a Chiropractor.
I am also thankful for being able to get up in the morning with high spirits and vitality and enjoy life with great health without any drugs. I am grateful for being able to journey around the world as I have on this vacation and experience different cultures and the splendor of trying new things. I am thankful for all the laughter and joy I experience on a daily basis.
I definitely have been blessed… there is no doubt about it! Reading over this list, makes me realize how wonderful life has been to me and any time I feel worry or sadness I should read over this list to bring myself back to reality of all that I have.
